• No dogs can be accepted without proof of current vaccination.
  
• The daily rate is charged for the day of arrival up to and including the day of departure. Any person who has two or more dogs sharing a kennel and who uplifts their dogs prior to 11am will only be charged for one animal that day.
  
• Boarding fees are due for the full booking period should your dog be collected before the date of departure.
  
• Dogs must be vaccinated against Infectious Bronchitis (Kennel Cough). As the vaccine is a live virus, this must be done seven days prior to boarding. 
  
• During busy periods of the year a deposit may be taken when booking. If in the event of cancellation we are unable to re-let that period, the deposit will be withheld.
  
• We reserve the right to re-home any animal not collected within 10 days of due departure date if no communication has been received from the owner or their agent and all efforts to contact them fail. 
  
• Whilst we take the utmost care with your pets, caring for them as if they were out own, any veterinary fees incurred during their stay must be paid for before departure. 
  
• No responsibility is taken for owner's toys or bedding that is used on the premises. 
  
• In an emergency or illness the kennels will contact the owner or his/her nominated contact and the provision of  veterinary treatment will be provided by our designated vet, unless specified otherwise. 
  
• Christmas, Boxing and New Years day are charged at double the normal rate.
